EVO 2012 (July 6-8) schedule and stream link info
by Saga Evans July 5, 11:18 PM

Straight from a blog from Sol Badguy himself about Evo, he requested that this should be on the front page because it's motherfucking EVO.

As most you may or may not know, it's EVO week. Evo is the biggest international fighting game tournament and convention in the history of fighting games. But I'm sure plenty of you already know that. What you wanna know is when does everything start, and where can you watch. Well, I just happen to have the link right below...

EVO STREAM & SCHEDULE (in PDT time)

Now if you're wondering why they are multiple streams, I'll clue you in. (info from SRK)

Three High Quality Streams

Just like last year, we will run two streams 100% devoted to tournament action for all of the games at Evo.  This year we’re adding a third stream to broadcast all of the panels at Evo, along with some behind-the-scenes content produced by the great Richard Li and the amazing Cross Counter and Cross Counter Asia crews. With this third stream we really want to give our live viewers a taste of what it’s like to be at Evo.

Cool, huh? But if the layout has you confused, I got you covered on that too.

Custom Player

Watching three streams at once can be a pain, so with the help of the guys at Twitch.tv we’ve built our own custom player, with simultaneous viewing, multiple choices for stream layouts, and the full stream schedule.

Easy, yeah? Oh, and one thing: for those interested in the brackets for all games, be sure to look
here

Not interested in those games? Well, don't fret because thanks to some very dedicated people, side-tourneys are being held AND streamed for some fighters that have been left out the main tournament. Want the link? Of course you do.

EVO 2012 – Side Streams  (includes: GGXX:ACP, BB:CSEXD, VF5:FS, MB:AA, and P4UA)

No game left behind! Except Skullgirls... There is a side-tourney for it, but there's no known word of it being streamed. Feel free to look up the info here.

Well guys, that's it. I hope you have fun watching some of your favorite players fight it out to prove who's the best of the best!

Well, besides the main stream games... those side-stream ones are looking more promising.

The only thing I want to see is Woolie vs. Daigo. That's all really.

I'm normally against double posting, but I must share this.

Behold, the best fight from EVO. Daigo vs. Woolie.
